About this service
Excavation Scottsdale is a referral service connecting property owners with independent excavation and grading contractors. We are not a licensed contractor. We don't perform excavation, grading, rock work, trenching, clearing or other construction, and we're not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. Where this site describes excavation work, it describes what contractors in the area do, not work we perform.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee any contractor's availability, price, schedule, workmanship, license, insurance or warranty. Look up a contractor's license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and get every term in writing.
Information on this site
Prices are published ranges, not quotes. Summaries of city, county and state rules are general information, not legal or engineering advice, and may be out of date. Confirm with the agency that issues your permit.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from this site, a referral or a contractor's work.
Governing law
Arizona law governs these terms.
